Sports Events which require payment:
Parent/Guardian consent is required for all students who qualify for events such as a District, Division and some Regional events. Both the payment and consent form is done electronically using Xuno.

Grade 5&6 Sport Consent:
We also require consent for Terms 1,2 & 4 when all of our Grade 5&6 students participate in Friday Sport.
If your child is in grade 5 or 6, you will receive a message via Xuno at the start of the year when this permission form is ready to complete. This permission is valid for the entire year and covers your child for walking or bussing to schools and / or sports grounds.
