House athletics

When: Wednesday 7 August 2024 (Backup - Wed 14 August)
Where: Sandringham Athletics Track Time: 8:20am - 3:30pm Who: All Grade 4 - 6 students compete in their age groups; 9-10, 11 and 12-13 Boys and Girls (the same groups as Friday practices). Due to the volume of students, the groups are named as A, B or C, however this is NOT an ability grouping. What: This is a friendly and fun competition between our Houses; Paterson, Gordon, Dennis and Lawson. We also use the results to select the top 2 students from each age group in each event to compete in the Balaclava District Athletics Competition. Click below for more information about the selection process. Timetable of Events: All of the Students will meet their teacher in their classrooms at 8:20am. They will then board busses to Sandy Aths track. We will return back to school by 3:30pm You can download the full timetable of the days events below. Volunteering: In order for this event to run smoothly and efficiently, we need your help as a volunteer - If you can spare your time to help out it would be much appreciated. |
