Each year the Grade 6 students will participate in the Open Water Lifesaving Experience run by Lifesaving Victoria.
The program creates ‘Everyday Lifesavers’ by teaching students practical and engaging water safety, lifesaving and emergency response skills. The program is designed to empower students to make safe aquatic related decisions while enjoying their local waterway. Furthermore, the experience is designed to introduce students to the following aspects:
